Piccadily Sugar & Allied Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading for dealing in the securities of the company is closed for the specified persons from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
