B.C. Power Controls Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window’ for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from November 07, 2015 to till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results. The above said information has already been informed to all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
