Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company would be held on November 14, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in accordance with the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 07, 2015 to November 17, 2015 (both days inclusive). All Insiders are Informed to abstain from trading in the Company’s shares when the Trading Window is closed. For definition of Insider, please refer SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
