Vijay Solvex Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, for consideration of Un-audited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Vijay Solvex Ltd - Insider Trading Code, the Trading Window will be closed from November 12, 2015 till the close of business hours on November 16, 2015, (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives i.e. they cannot not deal (either purchase or sale) in securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
