Camson Bio Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second Quarter ended September 30, 2015. For the purpose of the above and as per the Company’s policy for Prohibition of Insider Trading as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from November 07, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the specified persons as per the policy.
