With reference to the earlier Announcement dated November 07, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015 Lancor Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30.09.2015 are inadvertently incorrect. Now the Company has submitted Rectified Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015.
