Bhagiradha Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from January 19, 2016 and will reopen after 48 hours of public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
