Chemfab Alkalis Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2016, to consider and approve, inter-alia among other things, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for promoters, directors, designated employees of the Company and other connected persons from January 19, 2016 to January 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
