Sita Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 29, 2016 to consider the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. The close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under the Companys "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" would commence from 5.30 p.m. on January 20, 2016 and will end 24 hours after the results are made public on January 29, 2016.
