Ortel Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for third quarter ended on December 31, 2015. Further, the Company has decided that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors and designated employees with effect from January 18, 2016 till end of 48 hours after the results are made public on January 27, 2016.
