Zenotech Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of directors of the Company has been convened to be held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. In this connection, the trading window of the Company will remain closed for the period from January 19, 2016 to January 29, 2016 (i.e. till the expiry of 48 hours of the public announcement of the unaudited annual results).
