Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, the Board Meeting scheduled on February 12, 2016 for approving the third quarter unaudited financials, as required under Company’s Code of Conduct for preventing of insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for all the directors / designated employees from February 01, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Companys shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
