Ajcon Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015. Further, in view of above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening hours of January 23, 2016 to closing hours of February 01, 2016.
