Themis Medicare Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approval of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further the Trading Window in respect of the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all Directors/Officer/Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on January 25, 2016 till the closure of trading hours on February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
