Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company on and from February 01, 2016 till February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall re-open February 11, 2016.
