Creative Eye Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2015. Further, as per the "Creative Eye Limited Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading" and as per the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company have been closed for the Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from February 01, 2016 till February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
