National Fittings Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is intend to approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 at the Board Meeting to be held on February 12, 2016. Further, the trading window for trading in the shares of the Company, listed at Bombay Stock Exchange, will be closed from February 08, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days are inclusive) as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
