CCL International Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015. Further, as per the provisions of the “Code of Internal Procedure and Code for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 03, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive), inter alia, for the purpose of announcement of Unaudited Financial Results by the company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
