Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, the trading window for the Designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 07, 2016 (both days inclusive). During this period, Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents are required not to deal in the shares of the Company.
