Omkar Speciality Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India {Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from February 01, 2016 to February 10, 2016 {both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on February 11, 2016. The Communication has been sent to the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.
