Mid India Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2015 along with limited review report for same quarter. Further, in Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall be remain closed from February 01 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016 to consider and approve, un-audited financial result along with limited review report for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2015.
