Shree Salasar Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following: - To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Companys securities by the specified persons shall remain closed from February 05, 2016 to February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive), in view of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
