Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 read with code of conduct to regulate, monitor & report trading by insiders, the trading windows for insiders shall remain closed from February 11, 2016 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 13, 2016.
