Sreeleathers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone) for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided to close “Trading Window" under "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Sreeleathers Ltd.” from February 05, 2016 to till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on February 13, 2016.
