BJ Duplex Boards Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2015. Further, inform you that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 ("the code"), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from 6th February, 2016 to 15th February, 2016 (both days inclusive).
