IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2016. Further, in terms of provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from April 26, 2016 and will open after 48 hours, the financial results for the quarter and the financial year March 31, 2016 made public.
