V2 Retail Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, for the purpose of considering and adopting the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting by the Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Insiders from May 16, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
