20 Microns Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 25, 2016 [both days inclusive].
