To consider & approve audited Financial Result for the Year ended on March 31, 2016; Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain close from May 19, 2016 to May 29, 2016.
