Rahul Merchandising Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters: - To Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 for quarter ended March, 2016. Further, Pursuant to the code of conduct for prevention of insider trading of the Company, the trading window for all designated employees & directors will remain closed from May 18, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) which is till 48 hours after results are made public on May 26, 2016.
