Oriental Veneer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve: 1. The Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending March 31, 2016. 2. The Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from May 23, 2016, until 48 hours after the outcome of the Board meeting is announced.
