My Money Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following agenda items: - To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window in respect of the Company’s Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on May 20, 2016 till close of the trading hours on June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
