Anisha Impex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of committee of the Company scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 interalia consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further as per the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2016 for Directors, and other persons covered under the code. Further, trading window will open 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results on May 30, 2016.
