Vardhman Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been called to be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the Companys Shares will remain closed on and from May 23, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall reopen on June 02, 2016.
