Secunderabad Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider and take on record, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results along with Auditor Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. The Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the directors, officers, and designated employee of the company covered under the said Code from May 17, 2016 upto Forty-Eight hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the purpose of Audited financial result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
