Bampsl Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, the Trading Window shall, pursuant to companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, remain closed from May 28, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days Inclusive) i.e. 24 hours after the publication of Financial Result. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company May 28, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days Inclusive).
