Balurghat Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from May 19, 2016 till expiry of 48 hours after the financial results are submitted to the Stock exchange.
