Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s Securities for all Connected Persons and/or Designated Persons will be closed from May 19, 2016 and the same shall be remain closed till 48 hours after the publication of the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016. The said information has already been disclosed to all the Connected Persons and/or Designated Persons of the Company.
