Rander Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 the closure of trading window shall commence for insiders from May 19, 2016 and will end after 48 hours after the results are made public on May 27, 2016.
