Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. Further pursuant to TI Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from May 19, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive).
