Den Networks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed, inter alia, for the purpose of declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from May 24, 2016 and shall remain closed up to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
