Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016. Pursuant to the "Sanwaria Agro Oils Limited-Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading in Securities and fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" (Code) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for directors, designated employees and the connected persons covered under the Code, from close of the business hours of May 21, 2016 to close of business hours of June 01, 2016.
