BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 and the quarter ended on that date. Further, as per the code of conduct of insider trading regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all insiders of the Company from May 24, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
