Real Strips Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and take on record the following. - To consider quarterly financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2016 - To consider audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/ officers/designated employees of the Company from May 27, 2016 to until June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
