Ganesh Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter as well as year ended on March 31, 2016. 2. To take on record the Audit Report submitted by the Auditors of the company in respect of Financial Results for the Quarter as well as year ended on March 31, 2016. Further in terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated employees of the company from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
