Combat Drugs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia: - To Take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from May 23, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees.
