Catvision Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. Further, the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, the ’Trading window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 24, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 29, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.
