Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22, 2016, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window of the Company is closed with immediate effect on July 11, 2016 and will reopened on July 24, 2016, i.e. after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on July 22, 2016.
