Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016 (Q1). Further, the trading window shall remain closed from July 26, 2016 to July 31, 2016 for the above purpose.
