JSW Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from July 17, 2016 to July 29, 2016 (both days inclusive).
